Kathleen and Marty’s September wedding at Villa Antonia in the Texas Hill Country felt like it was straight out of the Mediterranean! With open air patios, sparkling string lights and the setting sun, it was like a mini vacation right in Jonestown, TX. The venue was GORGEOUS and they utilized the entire property making each part of the day unique and something new to look forward to. Each space was stunning in it’s own way.
What I loved most about working with Kathleen and Marty was their absolute love for one another. They really brought it out in each other and it was tangible. I think my favorite part was that Marty just wanted to make Kathleen happy and what made her happy made him happy – the definition of true love. Everything they did together was so much fun! Another one of my favorite parts was how they made their day personal, adding their favorite dessert to the night – Gelato! The sweet gelato cart was a hit and infused a little of their personality!
Kathleen chose a blush and green color scheme that was soft and complimented the venue perfectly! With a hint of rustic glam to their décor, it was welcoming and romantic. Kathleen was a knock out in her fitted gown with stunning beading and low back, while Marty was dapper in Navy – her touch of something blue!
With a photo booth, dancing and a dress change, the evening was filled with fun! Kathleen’s second gown was just as beautiful as the first – you definitely have to check it out! The night ended with a dip and a kiss through the glitter of sparklers and the two were off to start their new lives as Mr. and Mrs! I loved being a part of their story!
