As a Texas wedding photographer (hey y’all!), I have had the honor of shooting at so many venues over the years. I’ve gotten to see the pros and cons, and have taken note of my top 5 wedding venues to share with you, and am so excited to help you choose where to say “I Do!”. Just consider me your fairy-photo-godmother!
1. THE EMERSON
Talk about a photographer’s dream come true! The Emerson has the most incredible light thanks to it’s bright white walls and floors. It’s described as a “stunning modern twist on southern hospitality” and I couldn’t agree more. The blank slate let’s you get creative with your wedding design acting as a fresh backdrop for whatever colors or style you choose. It’s stylish and timeless with modern clean lines but has all the charm of a historic southern chapel. The Emerson is truly unique and really stands out in the Dallas venue scene. They offer an array of packages to fit your needs, a private bridal suite and groom’s cabin with lawn games. The Emerson even has in-house rentals available. They have packed a lot of value into a stunningly stylish space, which is why they’ve landed in my top 5 wedding venues in Dallas!
2. BELLA CAVALLI EVENTS IN AUBREY, TX
Smack dab in the middle of 130 acres, Bella Cavalli Events is a brand new venue featuring a modern all-white barn with a waterfront ceremony site and sunset views for days! Located about 45 minutes north of Dallas, it’s worth the drive for this pristine countryside location. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor options to choose from to customize your day to your vision. You are welcome to bring in your own dream team of vendors and BONUS, the groom’s cottage is also available as a honeymoon suite for the night of your wedding! It’s a must-see!
3. THE ADOLPHUS HOTEL IN DALLAS, TX
Where tradition meets luxury! The Adolphus Hotel was designed after a grand English manor and Beaux Arts German castle. They have been hosting celebrations for more than 100 years. Calling all my Bridgerton lovers out there – this venue is bringing those glamorous elegant vibes! The Adolphus is perfect if you love a grand ballroom setting for your day and dream of a luxurious celebration. They sure do know how to celebrate in style, and they deliver on catering with tons of dining options. It is also incredibly convenient for out of town guests with accommodations on site – or just for the two of you on your wedding night!
4. ARISTIDE IN MANSFIELD
Do you dream of running away to the Italian countryside and exchanging vows under the Tuscan sun? If an overseas destination wedding is something you’re only considering in your dreams, today is your lucky day! Artistide in Mansfield is located near Arlington and Fort Worth. It’s a venue modeled after an 18th-century Italian villa that will leave you feeling like you’re across the world from Texas (minus the jet lag!). This gorgeous Tuscan-style venue is OH SO charming and romantic. The space features statement chandeliers, a sky-high vine-covered stone wall, and even two different bridal suites to choose from! Hello, gorgeous, there is no shortage of photo backdrops here with indoor and outdoor spaces for your big day!
5. THE OLANA BY WALTERS WEDDING ESTATES
Maybe the regal romance of France is more your big day vibe. The Olana by Walter Wedding Estates is here to deliver a fairytale setting with their luxurious French-inspired mansion. With show stopping elegance from the marble floors, gold-plated elevators, and hand carved spiral staircase, you will certainly feel like royalty as you walk down the aisle! The endless lush grounds offer up serene backdrops including a lake and palatial lawns. The Olana by Walters Wedding Estates is as grand as they come!
